Anonymous said...: I am the person who recorded this video & handed it in, and i saw everything,what is no seen is that when i first got to where this was the 2 officers were stood talking to the chap,1 stood in front & the other to the side of him,and for no reason that was visable the officer to the side kicked the legs from under him and dropped him onto his back ! where he then started to kick out,he was tasered then for the first time,he then got up & ran with the 2 officers following and still conected to the taser ! the rest is what you see on the video,as far as i saw,the police used violence first ! ask yourselfs this question ? nottingham city centre is full of cctv,why have the police not mentioned this ?; Wednesday, June 17, 2009 11:57:00 PM
