The new Windows Mobile 6.5 is on the HD2, and with the lacklustre reviews, we’d really hope HTC will allow an Android mod very soon in this amazing device. HTC’s own UI –the SENSE, which promised customisation, social networking and improved UI experience. The device is supporting multitouch, so you can pinch webpages and photos.
The device is powered by a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 1GHz
mobile processor
, and 512MB ROM and 448MB. Connectivity wise, there’s a quad-band GSM connectivity 850/950/1800/1900 MHz, GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi and HSDPA 7.2 Mbps. There’s also Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity. The HD2 can also be converted into a Wi-Fi router, forgot having to sit down in a Starbucks, when you can provide connectivity to everyone in the room.
